Bağ-Kur and GSS Insured Persons Can Receive Health Services Despite Premium Debts Until End of 2022
According to Law No. 5510 on Social Insurance and General Health Insurance, individuals insured under Article 4/1-b (Bağ-Kur) and Article 60/1-g (General Health Insurance – GSS) may continue benefiting from healthcare services despite outstanding premium debts.
This right applies to:
Bağ-Kur insured individuals,
GSS insured persons,
Their dependent family members.
Even if they have more than 60 days of unpaid premiums, they will remain eligible for healthcare benefits until December 31, 2022.
This measure aims to protect access to healthcare for individuals facing financial difficulties.
